you are in acceptable physical shape with no health problems; you can overcome certain unevennesses both going down and going up.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear (preferably hiking boots or shoes). It is also advisable to bring enough food and drink, in addition to sunscreen, hat, protective jacket against the wind or rain, trekking poles and warm clothing, especially in the winter months. Certainly a good idea is to use different layers of clothing that can be easily removed and replaced.<\/p>\n<p>Hiking brings us closer to natural environments and allows us to enjoy them calmly, observing and learning. We hikers move respecting the places where we pass, trying to leave as little trace of our presence as possible.
