DATA PROTECTION

ATLANTIDEA informs website users of its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of users and customers that may be collected when browsing or contracting services through its website. In this regard, ATLANTIDEA guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulations implementing the LOPD, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of May 25, 2016.

ATLANTIDEA is required to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by completing the forms included on the website. In this regard, ATLANTIDEA will be considered the data controller for the data collected through the means described above. ATLANTIDEA also informs users that the purposes of processing the data collected include: responding to user requests, inclusion in the contact list, providing services, managing business relationships, and other purposes. Operations, management, and technical procedures carried out, whether automated or non-automated, that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions involving personal data are considered the processing of personal data. All data will be incorporated into a file owned by Paolo Cossovel, with NIE X6012000F.

Communication of information to third parties

ATLANTIDEA informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, except when such transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be transferred to the third party when ATLANTIDEA has the user’s express consent.

Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, grants data subjects the right to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. Insofar as the user’s data is being processed by ATLANTIDEA, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data. To exercise these rights, users must send a written communication, providing proof of identity (DNI or passport), to the following address: ATLANTIDEA de Paolo Cossovel, C/JUAN MORENO 5/A, 38916 VALVERDE, SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE. Said communication must include the following information: the user’s full name, the request, address, and supporting information. These rights must be exercised by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by a person authorized as the legal representative of the authorized party. In such cases, documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.
