50% deposit at the confirmation of the reservation; full balance 28 days before departure.
Cancellation by the client
You are entitled to a 80% refund of the deposit if you give us more than 28 days notice of your intention to cancel; 70% refund of the full price if you give us between 28 and 14 days notice of your intention to cancel; 30% refund of the full price if you give us less than 14 days notice of your intention to cancel. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim under that policy.
Cancellation by Atlantidea
We reserve the right to alter or cancel the whole or part of the excursion in the event of happenings outside the control of Atlantidea Senderismo y Excursiones. Reasons for doing so may include but shall not be limited to such force majeure matters as extreme adverse local weather conditions or weather warnings, natural disasters, civil strikes or conflict, terrorist activity, fire, flood conditions and similar. Cancellation due to a force majeure will not give rise to a refund. In the case of reprogrammable and/or periodic activities, the participant may be offered an alternative date according to the needs and availability of Atlantidea.
Cancellation due to COVID-19
For cancellations as a result of COVID-19, the consumer or user may choose to request a refund or make use of the voucher that will be provided by the organizer, in this case Atlantidea. Said bonus may be used within one year from the conclusion of the state of alarm. If not used during this period, the consumer may exercise the right of reimbursement.
Atlantidea has, with the insurance company AXA Seguro, a liability policy which covers with limits of € 1.500.000 per claim and € 450.000 per victim and an accident policy which has coverages of € 5.000 in case of death, € 10.000 for permanent disability, € 12.000 for medical-hospital expenses and € 12.000 for other expenses including the rescue. We recommend that you take out a travel insurance for cancellation, personal baggage, money, medical expenses, personal accident and public liability before you travel. We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your tour.
Your obligations and responsibilities
You must inform us in writing of any medical condition that’s requires attention or medication before your tour start. When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time direct to the owner. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions. We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of our itinerary.
